Battery, Alternator & Starter Repair

Your One Stop Auto Shop — Fullerton, CA

Quick answer: Cedillo’s tests the battery, alternator, starter and wiring together so we replace the part that actually failed. A dead battery is often the symptom, not the cause.

Starting and charging problems are some of the most common reasons a car leaves someone stranded. A new battery won’t help if the alternator isn’t charging it, and a starter can look dead when the real problem is a corroded cable.

We test first, explain what failed, and quote before we work.

Battery, Alternator & Starter Repair FAQ

How do I know if it’s the battery or the alternator?

A test tells us. If the battery is good but isn’t being charged, the alternator or its wiring is likely the problem.

Why does my battery keep dying?

Common causes are a weak alternator, a parasitic drain, or bad cables or grounds. We’ll find which one.

Do you work on most makes and models?

Yes. We work on foreign and domestic vehicles, including Chevy, Ford, Dodge, Chrysler, Toyota, Nissan and Subaru.
